Our Spa Receptionists have undergone advanced training courses who will help you plan your treatment schedule that most suits you.

What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Spa Receptionist if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities or if you are pregnant. Filling up brief questionnaires of your health conditions before the treatment will make you more comfortable.

What do I wear during my treatment?
Almost no dress when taking the treatment. You may choose to wear your own swimwear or briefs. We provide hygienic disposable briefs for women. Choose what is most comfortable for you.

How to make you feel comfortable most?
The time you take treatment is the time for yourself. If you want to adjust the temperature in room, or change the way of massage or adjust music volume. Please let us know.

What about my valuables?
Please put all your valuables at home, in-room safe at hotel or in safety safe available at the Spa. Qi SALON & SPA is not responsible for any loss of personal items.

What is the minimum age for taking treatment?
Our Center is ready to serve everybody of every age group. However, to customers want to take Spa services, according to law, they must be 16 and above.

Should I wear sandals when taking pedicure?
You should wear sandals because you have to wait until the coating dry. If possible. Please wear or prepare sandals when you are going to take pedicure.

To male, is it necessary to shave before having facial care?
Not necessary, however it would be better if you shave before taking the service. If so, you should do it at least 2 hours in advance.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Do I have to pay tip for the staff?
No, since all services are inclusive of tax and service charge.

What about payment for spa services?
We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, MasterCard, JCB), or in US dollar, Japanese Yen, Canadian dollar, Euro or Vietnam dong.
