This is a soft to medium pressure technique with long flowing movements.
Aromatherapy 90 min
A Swedish style technique with a therapeutic dose of essential oils. There is a choice
of 3 combinations of oils. Includes stomach, face and head massage.

Thai 90 min
Traditional Thai treatment, does not use oil, includes stretching. This is a medium to
strong pressure technique.
Hot stone 90 min
A soft to medium technique using warm stones in long flowing movements over the
whole body.
This unique stone therapy follows Chinese traditional medical techniques of
therapeutic stone massage. The stones are only used in the correct directions of the
energy lines of the body (meridians) to unblock and to balance energy (Qi).
Add on a body scrub or wrap to any of the above body care treatments.

• Coconut Scrub
Coconut, turmeric and vitamin E oil to moisturize and soften the skin, this gentle
scrub is for sensitive skin.
• Lotus and Sesame Scrub
A stronger scrub to provide antioxidants and moisturize the skin using lotus tea,
sesame seeds, honey, sea salt and vitamin E oil .
• Ayurvedic Body Scrub
A blend of Ayurvedic herbs that increase circulation and skin regeneration, and
increase energy and wellbeing.
Ayurvedic Treatments
Indian therapy 60 min (4 hands)
A soft to medium technique using long flowing strokes with Ayurvedic herbal oil. The
herbal oil is formulated to reduce stress and increase the vital energy of the body.
The treatment is followed by a steam to help the therapeutic oils penetrate into the
body.
Herbal compress 60 min (4 hands)
The herbal compress is followed by a herbal steam to allow the herbs to penetrate
deeper. There is a choice of 2 herbal pouches.
• Vitality
This compress contains herbs to increase circulation, immunity and energy. Good
for relaxing muscle tightness and pain.
• Rejuvenation
This compress contains herbs to increase circulation to repair, regenerate and
soften skin cells.
Shirodhara 60 min (4 hands)
A warm medicated oil is slowly poured over the third eye (forehead). This gentle
treatments puts you into a meditative state to bring you back to equilibrium. Excellent
treatment for headaches, insomnia, fatigue and stress.

Application of a slimming formula reduces adipose tissue; the formula is activated by

The steam room uses a special blend of herbs that have powerful detoxifying
effects for the body. The herbs will clean the inhaled pollutions and help treat viral

Sauna
Hot volcanic rocks are used to create steam.
Jacuzzi
A traditional spa water therapy using warm water and jets of air.
Cold plunge pool
The cold plunge pool is located in the hydrotherapy areas to cool down after a
sauna or steam.
Massage shower
High powered jets of water to massage and deeply cleanse the body. The jets
help penetrate the oxygen rich water into the skin for regenerative and relaxation
effects.
Vichy shower
Multiple streams of warm water are showered over the whole body while lying on
a table.

After your treatment there is no need rush straight back into the hustle of the city.
