Cindy Chung (Founder & Beautician)
A Saigon native who lived and studied esthetics in Toronto, Canada.  After receiving her education in esthetics, she received hands on experience by working in some of Toronto’s top spas. 
In November of 1996, YKC opened its doors for the first time. After several years of being in business, Cindy noticed that YKC’s original facility was unable to accommodate to its quickly growing clientele. 
In March of 2001, YKC celebrated the new millennium with the opening of a much larger facility in order to provide premier service to its growing clientele.  YKC prides itself in being a world class premier spa with the efficiency of a large spa and the nimbleness of a small one. 
With over 15 years of experience, Cindy is still very meticulous with YKC and personally trains the entire staff herself.  It is also very important to her that her staff is like one big family so that when customers arrive they feel at home.  Cindy strives to set YKC apart from any other spa through its extraordinary service.  YKC staff strives to be extremely sensitive to your needs while making the extra effort in order to provide you with the utmost pleasant experience possible.  “If you’re thirsty, we’ll pour you a drink and if you’re hungry, we’ll serve you a snack.”  This is just a small example of the kind of service Cindy teaches her staff, service that touches the heart…

Ky The Guy (Cut and Color Specialist)
The elder son of Cindy, Ky has been in the hair industry for over 11 years.  He started his career apprenticing in the Yorkville hair district of Toronto.  Shorty after, Ky met his hair mentor Michael Rutledge in 2001 and settled down working along by his side at Jalous hair.  In 2004 Ky decided to return to his native land after spending 17 long cold winters in Canada. 
Since being back, Ky's clientele have grown and have a pretty reputable name in Saigon.  Cutting and coloring is his passion, over the years Ky has developed a cutting technique called "dry cutting", which allows the hair to flow naturally while being cut.  Ky also loves coloring, he have a very deep in-depth knowledge and experience when it comes to coloring Western Caucasian hair.  When you see him for the first time, just make sure you call him Ky The Guy
